The neural stretch program enhances flexibility and neural mobility by deeply stretching the leg muscles and improving the coordination between the nervous system and muscular system.

Note:

The Neural Stretch Program involves using a towel or rope to assist in pulling the leg as far as possible while lifting the head simultaneously, holding the stretch for 60 seconds, and then drop leg and head simultaneously. Repeat 3 x times.
