Neural Stretch program

Neural Stretch program Note: pull leg as far as you can. Support with towel or rope. Use your own muscles to lift leg further and you pull pull towel in to follow the leg. Also lift head as you lift foot, drop head as you drop foot. Hold stretch for 60s repeat x 3.
