Our goal is to be compassionate, enable and educate people within their everyday life to improve mobility, mentality and motivation that will lead to a healthier lifestyle and overall wellness.
Our Projects
Locally the practice has arranged entertainment for various Old Age Homes over the years. Jabulani, Jubilee and Protea Old Age / Retirement Homes situated in Goodwood area in Cape Town, is acquainted with our annual Mandela Day commitment in partnership with the SA Army Band to provide the home with entertainment in the form of music, dance, refreshments and social fellowship. We also provide weekly exercise classes and monthly educational talks on various health topics to these homes.
We also assist local sports clubs (gholf, rugby, soccer & schools).
We have a mentoring program for newly qualified physiotherapists.
In Northern Namibia, we started a self sustaining school feeding, clothing, blanket and book support program & sport ministry with the help of “Living Ball” & “Act of Kindness”.
Wayne Damons, our Managing Director and Co-Partner has traveled the world, worked abroad, acquainted with international teams and also the physiotherapist for the Nambian Rugby Team in the Rugby World Cup 2015.
We started a Rehabilitation Centre / service combined with Biokinetics in North Namibia and new sport ministry in Ondjiva, South of Angola where it was non-existent.
We run a charity project in Namibia feeding 600 high school children weekly.
We have provided winter clothing and blankets for a school in rural Namibia.
We run a Sport Gospel Ministry furthering Living Ball Ministries.
In 2018 we donated solar lamps with phone chargers to matriculates who study without access to electricity or light at night.
We have started the first ever non-public physiotherapy clinic in Ondjiva Angola.
